Nutramax Proviable Forte for Cats & Dogs

Nutramax Proviable-Forte for Cats and Dogs is an advanced digestive health supplement featuring a blend of multiple probiotic strains and prebiotics to help support a healthy intestinal balance. Each capsule contains billions of beneficial bacteria to promote normal gastrointestinal function and maintain the natural balance of microflora in the gut. The capsules can be easily sprinkled over your pet’s food, making it convenient for daily use. The kits contain Proviable-KP Paste (15-30ml) and 15 capsules. The paste features kaolin and pectin to help firm loose stools by coating and soothing the gastrointestinal tract. The paste is in an easy to utilize and administer dosing syringe allowing you to give your pet the correct dose based on their weight and your veterinarian's recommendation. This synbiotic approach of the kit containing capsules and paste is ideal for pets experiencing digestive upset due to antibiotics, dietary changes, stress, or other factors. Proviable-Forte is suitable for both cats and dogs and is available exclusively through veterinarians. Use as directed by your veterinarian for short-term or long-term digestive support. 

Manufacturer Dosing Instructions: 

• Capsules: Give 1 capsule daily to your cat or dog of any size or weight, or as directed by your veterinarian. The Capsule can be given whole or opened and sprinkled on food. 
• Cat & Small Dog Kit: 
  • Paste (15mL syringe):
    - Cats: 1mL, 2 to 3 times daily (every 8 to 12 hours).
    - Dogs under 20lbs: 1–2mL, 2 to 3 times daily (every 8 to 12 hours).
    - Paste should be given for 48 to 72 hours (2 to 3 days).
    Capsules:
    - All size cats and dogs: 1 capsule daily until finished
    *Both paste and capsules should be started on the same day. Always follow your veterinarian’s instructions and consult them if your pet’s condition does not improve within 48 to 72 hours.
• Medium & Large Dog Kit: 
  • Paste (30mL syringe):
    • Dogs 21-50lbs: 3-4mL, 2 to 3 times daily (every 8 to 12 hours). 
    • Dogs >50lbs: 5mL, 2 to 3 times daily (every 8 to 12 hours). 
  • Capsules:
    - All size cats and dogs: 1 capsule daily until finished
    *Both paste and capsules should be started on the same day. Always follow your veterinarian’s instructions and consult them if your pet’s condition does not improve within 48 to 72 hours.
